HOLIDAY LETS and RENTALS UPTO 3 MONTHS. Availability and prices need to be checked first by clicking on 'request more info' button at the bottom of the property details or by telephone. Deposit:You will need to pay 30% to reserve the accommodation and the remainder 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. You can of course choose to pay in full on booking and, if there are less then 8 weeks to your holiday, you will be asked to do this anyway. Depending on the length of your stay we ask for a deposit against damage or breakages; For less than one month this is 150€ (Paid in cash on arrival) for two or more month's it is the equivalent of one month's rental (Paid 8 weeks before arrival with rest of payment). At the end of your stay the apartment will be checked and the deposit returned if all is left as it was at the start of the booking, for early departures it may be necessary to check the apartment after you have left. If this is the case we will return the deposit to your own Bank account as soon as practicable. Payment can be made by transfer to a UK Bank account in Sterling, or by PayPal using your Paypal account or credit card (this option is subject to a 3% surcharge to cover admin costs). Confirmation will be sent on receipt of your deposit together with details of where to find the apartment. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday and we cannot re let the accommodation we will retain the deposit paid. If cancellation is made in the eight weeks prior to your holiday we reserve the right to retain the full cost of your holiday unless we are able to re let the accommodation. LONG TERM RENTALS 3 months + Availability and prices need to be checked first by clicking on 'request more info' button at the bottom of the property details or by telephone. We cannot normally reserve an apartment more than a few weeks before the date you wish to start the rental. Deposit:You will need to pay a deposit equal to one month's rental, this is held until the end of the rental contract when we check the condition of the apartment to make sure all is in order. If everything is found to be in the same condition as at the start of the rental the deposit is returned. Initial payment. You will need to pay the deposit plus the first month's rental to secure the accommodation. In some cases, when the property is not managed by ourselves, there is a 'finders fee' to pay which is our only commission, this is normally half of one month's rental. In addition to these amounts there is a charge for drawing up the legal contract between the tenant and owner of 75€. Payment can be made by transfer to, our Spanish account for payment in Euros, or by PayPal using your Paypal account or credit card (this option is subject to a 3% surcharge to cover admin costs). Of course cash in Euros is also accepted in person. Contract we will draw up a legal contract for a period of up to 6 months, in Spanish, between the tenant and the owner which will be verbally translated if required. A fee of 75€ is charged for this. Cancellation: If you decide to leave the apartment before the end date stated in the contract, the owner has the right to retain the deposit for any inconvenience caused.
