A studio apartment will not require the same level of service as that luxury villa. We will assess what is needed and quote you a cost effective solution detailing the level of service that will be maintained.

Our minimum service level provides the following services :

Property security & maintenance checks, Key holding, Regular status reports, Maintenance advice, Legal representative and contact reference point.

Optional services include cleaning, gardening, maintenance etc.
These services are then charged at a previously agreed rate, depending on the level and frequency required. So that proper financial expenditure can be assessed.
